Ending central banking and having a free market banking system with a market determined monetary standard would be a very substantial step TOWARD recouping government back to its proper function. I think we know that step is part of the total, fundamental context consisting also of other steps which will be pursued in action as derived from the intellectual, philosophical groundwork.
