Hear hear, Dr. Brook. Legislators (and civil court judges, anyone who can borrow the coercive power of the state) should be the only groups of people forbidden from trading on insider information. If Boeing gives kickbacks to military requisitions personnel, Boeing is considered corrupt, but the real corruption lies in using coercion for personal gain, not trying to be one of the millions attempting to get back some of what’s been taken from them.
